Artisan is owned and run by the family that started it. When we say the people who quote your job are the people who stand behind it, this is who we mean.

Over 30 years in windows, doors and construction. Master installer and license holder — and the reason we get to serve you.

Owner — Financials
Company controller, over 10 years at Artisan — helping run the day-to-day operations of the company, and making sure every job gets its i’s dotted and t’s crossed.

Who you’ll talk to
The business runs on phone calls, so the phone matters. These are the people on the other end of it.

Office Manager
Onboarding, quotes and permits — and usually the voice on the other end when you call. If your job has a folder, Brooke built it.

Josh Clay
Sales
Handles the free consultation and the measure. Also a commissioned notary, which means the paperwork that would otherwise cost you a trip into an office gets handled at your kitchen table.

Matt Smith
Warehouse
Receives and inspects every window and door that comes in. A unit gets looked over in our warehouse before it is ever loaded on a truck to your house — so a factory defect becomes our problem, not your delay.
The install crew
Who’s actually in your house
Our installers are ours — not day labor, not a different subcontractor every week. That is the whole reason we can put a lifetime warranty on the installation and not just the product.
